Shipping policy

At Cozy Coastal, we’re so glad you chose to bring some of the cozy coast home to your wardrobe. We take care in preparing your order quickly and thoughtfully—see below for our shipping details, including fast processing, guidance on combining multiple orders, and clarity around carrier responsibilities.

We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving them (excluding holidays). Since we are a small business, some orders may take a little longer to get out, though that is not typical. Stay up to date on potential extended processing times over on our Instagram (@shopcozycoastal).

If you place multiple orders in the same day, just email us at shopcozycoastal@gmail.com before your order(s) ship. We will combine them into a single package and refund one shipping charge once the first order ships.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages Policy

Once your order has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, Cozy Coastal is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the package once it leaves our boutique.

If your order is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Double-check around your home, porch, or mailbox (sometimes carriers leave packages in hidden spots).
  2. Ask neighbors or household members in case it was left with them.
  3. Contact your local post office or carrier directly with your tracking number. They can often provide more details about the exact delivery location.
  4. If the package is still not located, you may file a claim directly with the carrier.

Please note that once your package leaves our hands and is with our preferred carrier, USPS, it’s out of our control. We’re not responsible for any carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or transit issues—customers must reach out to the carrier directly. We always provide tracking info, so you can monitor your package’s journey.
